Updated 17 Oct 2026 · LLCTally

Facts checked on

Filing yourself, a Delaware LLC costs between 910 and 1,310 dollars in state fees over its first three years: the formation fee and two or three payments of the annual tax.

The state fees

Over three years

The tax is due each June 1 for the year before, so in 36 months it falls two or three times, depending on the formation date. With two payments the state fees are 110 + 800 = 910 dollars; with three, 110 + 1,200 = 1,310 dollars.

The calculator for Delaware adds the prices of the formation services we could read. Other changes we found are in the LLC fee change log.

This page reports the fees and taxes the state publishes. It is not legal or tax advice.
